About this project

This project is a content managment system written in PHP for creative writing role playing sites

The requirements will include PHP and a SQL Database system. A list of databas systems we aim to support are here: http://www.php.net/manual/en/pdo.drivers.php

The aim of the project is to allow a CMS which allow its users to create characters, with associated profiles to post sections within a story in perspective of that character.

The features that this project is working towards including:

• Registration of users and creation of characters.
• Customisable fields of interest in character profiles. Controlled by an administrator
• Users to post a story contribution that references their character(s)
• Allow multiple users to write a single story contribution to be posted together. (also known as joint posts)
• Allow for stories to be created and archived
• A wiki to provide roleplay related information to users, that can be edited by whom ever the admin feels right to so
• Customisation of the system by an administrator
  • Control the abilies of users, including posting on missions, editing wiki content etc.
  • Allow, ban and edit users from the system
• Themes with custom phrases that relate to the theme and the role play.
